Appellant Rachelle Lee Howell was charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI), Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 49.04 (West 2003), and convicted after a jury trial. In three issues on appeal, Howell contends that the county court at law erred when it refused to allow defense counsel to cross examine the arresting officer with a field sobriety test manual, allowed testimony to be read back to the jury upon request...
