INTRODUCTION

The office of the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court filed formal charges against respondent, Alice L. Rokahr. After a formal hearing, the referee concluded that Rokahr had violated the Code of Professional Responsibility and recommended a suspension of 6 months. Rokahr filed exceptions to the referee's findings and recommended sanction.
