This matter is before the Court upon the "Motion of Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession for an Order Authorizing Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession to File a Confidential List of Investors" (the "Motion") filed by the Debtor, Northstar Energy, Inc. (the "Debtor"). The Motion essentially seeks a protective order to avoid disclosure of its list of investors which it deems to be confidential
