Appellant, Roy E. Dixon, was convicted by a Henderson Circuit Court jury of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree and sentenced to ten years in prison. Upon finding Appellant to be a persistent felony offender in the second degree, the jury enhanced the sentence to twenty years. Appellant appeals to this court as a matter of right, Ky.
