Robert Bagshaw appeals from his judgments of conviction for two counts of robbery, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of burglary. On appeal Bagshaw contends that his rights were violated when a jailhouse informant was used to obtain evidence against him after he had been arrested and asserted his right to counsel on different charges.
