This matter is before the Court on the motion by defendants, Stanley Struble, Snap-on Tools Company, LLC ("Snapon"), Susan Marrinan, and Tari Williams, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 12(b)(6) to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
