¶ 1 The Commission on Judicial Conduct brought formal charges against Respondent, Judge Michael C. Nelson, for judicial misconduct while serving as a superior court judge in Apache County. After a formal hearing, the Commission found that Respondent violated several Canons of the Code of Judicial Conduct.
