873 So.2d 1293 (2004)

STATE of Florida, Appellant, v. Aaron G. KING, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

June 11, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

DAVIS, Judge.

The State challenges the trial court's order suppressing all statements made and evidence seized following the arrest of Aaron King for possession and capture of 114 small alligators. Following the analysis we employed in State v. Bell, 873 So.2d 476 (Fla. 2d DCA 2004), we reverse and remand.

Reversed and remanded.
