¶ 1. Maurice Barr appeals the order of the Monroe County Circuit Court dismissing his motion for post-conviction relief. We find no error and affirm.

¶ 2. In June 1993, Barr pled guilty to two charges of sale of cocaine. He was sentenced to terms of fifteen years, with nine years suspended on each charge. The two sentences ran concurrently. In January 2002, Barr filed for the issuance of a writ coram nobis,...
