¶ 1. Steven R. Heatherly appeals two separate convictions by the Circuit Court of Lafayette County. Both appeals were deflected to this Court. While dealing with separate convictions and consecutive sentences, both appeals argue the same issue—whether the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing. Therefore, we consolidate both appeals for review. Finding no error, we affirm...
