This action arises out of a dispute over a landlord's retention of a tenant's security deposit because of the condition of the leased premises when vacated by the tenant. Defendant/Appellant, Rhonda Henley ("Henley"), seeks reversal of the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiff the sum of $1,050 with legal interest from the date of judicial demand and attorney's fees in the amount of $750.
