This appeal arises out of a disputed claim for workers' compensation benefits between claimant, Gregory Taylor, and his employer, Tommie's Novelty and Gaming ("Tommie's"). The WCJ dismissed Taylor's claim for benefits and awarded Tommie's, Bridgefield Insurance Company ("Bridgefield") and U.S. Specialty Insurance Company ("Specialty"), restitution under La.
