Defendant Quantum Residential, Inc. (Quantum) appeals from the trial court's denial of its motion to set aside a default judgment entered against it. ORCP 71 B(1). Quantum first asserts that the judgment is void for lack of jurisdiction because the judgment's face amount exceeds the amount pleaded, contrary to ORCP 67 C(1).
