MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FULLER, Chief Judge.

In this case, Plaintiff Charles W. Ashe (hereinafter "Plaintiff) brings claims alleging that his former employer, Aronov Homes, Inc., (hereinafter "Defendant") unlawfully terminated his employment in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (hereinafter "ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq, and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.
