Defendant David K. Haynes was convicted of attempting to manufacture less than five grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C). He now appeals, claiming (1) that the district court improperly admitted his statement that he knew an individual who manufactured methamphetamine and (2) that the evidence was not sufficient to support his conviction.
