Enterprise Property Grocery, Inc. ("Enterprise") appeals a judgment rendered in the Shreveport City Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, granting an exception of lis pendens in favor of Selma, Inc. ("Selma"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
