This dispute arises from two factions claiming authority as the board of directors of a non-profit corporation. One group brought this action in the name of the corporation to evict the other group, who had taken over the corporate facilities and refused to leave the premises. Before this action was completely tried, the defendant/board members filed a separate action in federal court claiming that the actions of the other group had violated their rights...
