This is the appeal of a summary final judgment in an automobile accident case.1 The motion for summary judgment was predicated on an affidavit of an employee of St. Paul Fire & Marine ["St. Paul"] and upon appellant, Steven J. Cantin's ["Cantin"], failure to respond to certain requests for admission propounded by St. Paul.
