As a general rule, people are supposed to enjoy total freedom, released from jail and/or conditions of bail, on those occasions where the State launches interlocutory appeals from suppression orders or adverse evidentiary rulings. People v. Wells, 279 Ill.App.3d 564, 567-68, 216 Ill.Dec. 23, 664 N.E.2d 660
