Following a bench trial defendant, Larry Austin, was found guilty of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Based on defendant's previous felony convictions, he was sentenced as a Class 2 felon to incarceration in the Illinois Department of Corrections for 36 months. Defendant appeals contending that his conviction should be reversed because the State failed to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt...
