Following a bench trial, defendant Michael Clark was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentenced to a Class X term of six years in prison based on his criminal history. Codefendant Leonard White was convicted of the same offense and was also sentenced to six years in prison. On appeal, defendant contends that the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he intended...
