The Florida Bar's Workers' Compensation Rules Committee has filed its regular-cycle report asking this Court to consider amendments to the Florida Rules of Workers' Compensation Procedure. Because we conclude that this Court does not have jurisdiction under the Florida Constitution to adopt rules of practice and procedure for an executive branch agency, we decline to adopt the proposed amendments.
