Maureen Slater appeals from the final judgment entered in the District Court2 for the Western District of Missouri affirming the Commissioner's decision to deny Slater's application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. For the reasons below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
