Plaintiffs appeal by leave granted from the trial court's March 24, 2000, order summarily dismissing intervening plaintiff Karen B. Paxson's claim under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., as barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
