SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Mario Morreno and Francisco Beltran-Hernandez contend that the district court1 erred in denying their motions to suppress. Beltran-Hernandez also argues that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict and that the court erred in denying him "safety valve" relief. We affirm.
