COOK, Circuit Judge.

Richard Wiegand appeals the district court's dismissal of his motion to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The district court decided Wiegand failed to file his motion within the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 ("AEDPA") limitations period. We reverse the district court's decision and remand for the district court to determine whether the Supreme Court's decision in Jones v. United States...
