OPINION AND ORDER

FEIKENS, District Judge.

Plaintiff brings a "sex / pregnancy discrimination" claim in diversity against Defendant, her former employer, under Michigan's Elliot-Larsen Civil Rights Act (M.C.L.A. § 37.2101 et. seq.).1 Defendant moves for summary judgment. For the reasons below, I GRANT Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment.
