Wayne Belletete sued his former landlady, Gloria Halford, for discrimination under the Florida Civil Rights Act (FCRA), the Florida Fair Housing Act (FHA), and Florida Statutes section 760.50, in addition to alleging negligent infliction of emotional distress.
