This case is before the court on the motion of Robert 0. Tyler, Trustee, to sell the debtor's residence and the debtor's objection to the trustee's motion. The debtor and his wife, Elizabeth Rice, own real property as tenants by the entirety in which they reside and which the parties refer to as "the residence." The debtor and Donna Rice, his former wife, own a second property as tenants in common...
