PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Preston Henry Long, raises two sentencing claims in this direct appeal from his judgment upon violating probation. The State concedes error on both points, and we reverse and remand for resentencing.

The State initially charged appellant with one count of burglary, one count of sexual battery, and one count of false imprisonment. Appellant pled guilty to the sexual battery and false imprisonment counts and was placed on probation. After...
