¶ 1. SCHUDSON, J.

Richard A. Brown appeals from the circuit court order denying his petition for supervised release under WIS. STAT. ch. 980. He argues that the court erred in admitting a report of a psychologist who did not testify and, further, that without the report, the State failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that he should not be granted supervised release. We affirm.
