In this action to recover uninsured motorist benefits, plaintiff, Julio C. Sulca (insured), appeals from the trial court's summary judgment in favor of defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (insurer), determining that the action was barred by § 13-80-107.5(1)(a), C.R.S.2002, the applicable statute of limitations.
