Centric Jones Co. ("Centric") appeals from a final order entered in the district court1 granting summary judgment for the City of Kearney, Nebraska, ("City")2 and the district court's subsequent denial of Centric's Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) motion to alter or amend the judgment. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
