Andres Gutierrez-Manzanarez pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), for which the district court1 sentenced him to 144 months in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
