STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On July 27, 1994, Michael D. Moore was charged by bill of information with one count of Aggravated Crime against Nature and one count of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. On November 15, 1994, he pled guilty to one count of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile (La.R.S. 14:81) and was sentenced to serve five years.
