Defendant's motion to dismiss the complaints of 13 plaintiffs, on the ground that they are barred by expiration of the applicable statute of limitations, is granted in part. Defendant's motion for an order pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), dismissing all nine complaints on the ground that they fail to state a cause of action, is denied.
