STEWART, Judge.

Guy W. Johnson was convicted of first-degree murder1 and sentenced to 99 years in prison. In our earlier decision in this case,2 we addressed Johnson's attorney's motion to withdraw. The attorney claimed that Johnson's case presented no non-frivolous issues. We directed the attorney to file a supplemental brief that conformed with the requirement we established in
