The plaintiffs, Thomas and Marjorie Cupit, appeal a jury verdict that rejected their personal injury claims against the state of Louisiana, arising from a rear-end collision in which Mr. Cupit was involved on the Interstate in West Monroe, Louisiana. For the reasons expressed, we affirm.
