[¶ 1] In November 2001, a jury found Charles Michael Seward (appellant) guilty of one count of second-degree sexual assault in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-303(a)(v) (LexisNexis 2003) and one count of third-degree sexual assault in violation of Wyo. Stat.
