¶ 1. Larry J. Brewer ("Brewer") was tried and convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of Scott County, Mississippi, of aggravated assault. He was then sentenced to serve a term of five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to pay a fine of $1,500.00 and all court costs. Aggrieved by this judgment, Brewer appeals to this Court.
