{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Dr. Purcell Taylor Jr., appeals from the summary judgment entered by the Hamilton County Court of Common pleas in favor of defendant-appellee, Volunteers of America ("VOA"), in an action alleging wrongful termination of employment. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
