GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

A jury found Leslie Scott Foreman guilty of bank fraud, money laundering, and uttering a counterfeit security. After denying Foreman's motion for a new trial based upon a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, the district court sentenced him to 44 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release.
