Before the Court are plaintiff Dan L. Bright's Motion to Strike portions of Scott A. Hodes's affidavit, and defendant Federal Bureau of Investigation's Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the motion to strike is GRANED, and the motion for summary judgment is DENIED.
