Defendants appeal from a judgment for plaintiff after a jury trial on plaintiff's claims for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. The jury found for plaintiff on all claims and awarded her damages of $303,945. Defendant Lemke assigns error to the trial court's failure to grant his motion for a directed verdict on all of the claims on the ground that they are time barred, to the admission of evidence, to the jury instructions on damages, and...
