Plaintiff brought this action against defendant, his former employer, alleging breach of the employment contract and failure to pay wages within the statutory time limit. Defendant moved for summary judgment. After a hearing on that motion and after the trial court filed an order granting it, but before the order was entered in the court register, plaintiff filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
