This matter comes before the court on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #11] and Defendants' Motion to Strike Plaintiffs Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 22]. Plaintiff Rachel A. Haywood, who filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of her due process rights in connection with the seizure of $4,709.09 in currency, has responded.
