DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Ishtiaq Ahmed pled guilty to a one count indictment alleging a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) and (B)(ii) for harboring an illegal alien. At sentencing, the district court overruled Ahmed's objection to a two level increase for obstructing the investigation and sentenced Ahmed to six months imprisonment, three years supervised release, a $100.00 mandatory special assessment fee, and a $1,000.00 fine.
