Lorenzo Font, Esperanza Font Cruz, and Migdalia Lorenzo Font bring the present action against Defendants Funeraria San Francisco and Benjamin Rosario, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12117 (1994 & Supp.2002), and state law.
