Respondent-appellant Joel Sanders filed a motion for reconsideration of this court's order, filed on July 16, 2003, affirming the April 26, 2002 judgment of the circuit court of the first circuit, the Honorable Richard K. Perkins presiding, entered upon Sanders's no contest plea to the following charges: (1) robbery in the first degree, in violation of Hawai'i Revised Statutes (HRS) § 708-840(1)(b)(ii) (Supp.2002)
