Robert Morris Dotson, Jr., pled guilty to attempting to receive in commerce a child pornography videotape, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2252A(a)(2)(B) and (b)(1) (West 2000). He now appeals the district court's application of the United States Sentencing Guidelines...
